Sam Luck is a VR Illustrator and Animator from Toronto, Ontario. She has a BA in Illustration from Sheridan College, Canada. Sam specializes in working in the world of virtual reality using "Quill", “Oculus Medium”, “Tvori” and "AnimVR" programs for drawing and animating in VR. She enjoys telling charming stories and creating whimsical worlds in VR.
A collective made up of game developer, Aidan Waite, and media artist, David Han, Friend Generator is interested in creating strange and playful media art experiences that are sometimes evocative, and sometimes absurd. Together, they aim to understand, challenge, and expand the range of possibilities for creative practice in VR.
Arsenault-Brassard is focused on architecture and art in XR. He organizes XR art shows at LiL Pocket Gallery in Montreal and has participated in multiple metaverse art shows: Cultvral, MOVA 2 and Infinity: VR Art Gallery . Sam aims to explore the limits of reality so we can plunge into dreams, melt into imaginary spaces.
Rosie is a 3D animator and Virtual Reality Artist at XR Games, which recently released Angry Birds Movie 2 VR: Under Pressure for PlayStation VR. She brings characters and worlds to life in high speed through her work as a VR artist, covering all areas of production. She also performs live VR paintings at numerous festivals and events for clients including the BBC and YouTube Space for Google.
Based in Oakland, CA, Estella is an XR Creative Director and Artist who integrates emerging technologies and visual storytelling into a new art form. Estella has been an artist-in-residence with Google, Adobe, Cartoon Network Studios, performs and speaks internationally. She strives to inspire new ways to connect, educate, and build empathy with her work in creative innovation.
Azad Balabanian is a Cinematographer and Photogrammetry Artist specializing in Virtual Reality. His work has been featured by DJI, Oculus Medium, and the Institute for the Future, as a creative technologist pushing the medium in a new direction.
Gary James Joynes is a Canadian sound and visual artist and composer who performs Live Cinema Audio-Visual works at international music events around the world as Clinker. He blends the beauty and physicality of sounds auditory and visual elements live in performance and in rigorous and emotional photo and video installation works.
